What I learned from a random YT Video?

Have you ever had an idea that you were very excited to implement, told everyone about your plan, and then never actually followed through? Felt relatable? I felt it. few months ago i had an idea and i told that same thing to my friends "You know im going to implement that", after that i never worked on that same idea? My brain tricked me here and i stopped working on that idea. After sharing my ideas to everyone around me. They given me positive feedback like "Wow Great Idea!", "Great one Yash!", "This is so cool, Great Yash!" Yes, I was seeking validation, and I received only positive feedback. I felt the same feeling that I might feel after actually executing that idea. What is the solution for this? This is a big question for me also. I did little research about this & watched few videos after all i decided to do one thing. " Show, Don't Talk " This is also one of the reason why Introverts get more things done. So, What i fi...

Why Yash Moved to Bengaluru?

It’s been 1 month since I moved to Bengaluru, but the question is why I moved to Bengaluru. July 9th, 2024,  date I joined my first company. I’m really grateful for that opportunity, for trusting me even though I didn’t know about Premiere Pro software. I had the skill, not exactly video editing, but one of the most important skills: common sense. That is what’s actually helping me to survive!! After freelancing for months in Hyderabad, I faced so many struggles. The one thing that kept chasing me was that I wasn’t learning enough. I wasn’t practicing enough to improve my skills, just doing client work for survival. So, I took a break for 1 month, went back to Warangal, and tried a business idea , getting schools into crazy high-quality marketing with more good stuff. I gathered so much courage to talk with principals of schools, and I almost closed one of the biggest schools in Warangal. But it just faded away for a better reason, that I applied for jobs. Somehow, I ...

My Morning Tea with Grandparents

When I was in 7th standard, I used to stay in a hostel located in a village near a public school. I was the only guy who was very thin and small in the class. Because of this, I was usually bullied by my classmates. But my teachers were very friendly with me since I was the cute little kid in the class, also pushing myself and staying in the hostel (and studying well). I still remember my morning routine in Hostel(we have freedom to roam around the village). To get you guys on the same page, my grandparents (the brother of my actual grandfather) also lived in the same village. So, I used to wake up very early in the morning. If I was late, I would miss the chai (they usually finished their tea session by 6:30 a.m.). I’d get ready and run to my grandpa’s house. I’d get some good tea and great conversations. They would usually tell me, “You need to study well and take care of your mom. You’re the only person who needs to set the standards for your ...

Morning Person

It’s been 9/365 days in 2025, and I’m unable to speak confidently and haven’t made much progress in life. I don’t think the new year could change my life, but it’s already been 6 months since I graduated, and I still don’t have consistency. So, let’s break down what I need to do to get back on track: 1. Set up an ideal daily routine. 2. Start writing. Routine After a few weeks of living and working from home, I feel that working in the morning is so much better than working at night. Two days ago, I got a project from my best and first client from my freelance journey. I was so excited that he called me because he’s one of the most humble people I’ve met. The minute after answering the phone, he said, “Entra yedava, job vadilesemundhu okka maata cheppali ani telidha?” Somehow, I changed the topic with him, and he sent me a project that needed to be edited and sent before the morning. I said, “Okay, I will send it by 11 PM,” which is my usual time. After that call, I worked on o...

The Limits of Your Attention

I wanted to continue the topic “How to stand out as a tier-3 college student” but before that, I want to talk about “The boundaries of your attention” from HYPER FOCUS book.
